SHIPPING, REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY

USA SHIPPING ONLY

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All orders ship from Camano Island, Washington. Orders are processed within 2-7 business days and up to 10 business days during holidays and peak sale periods. Any order placed after 5:00 pm PT are considered to be placed the following business day. Your order will be shipped once it is processed and you will receive a shipment confirmation email (if you provided an email) containing your tracking number(s). We do not ship to PO Boxes.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the items, weight of the shipment and the carrier rates. You can view the shipping costs after entering your address and selecting the shipping method in your cart before completing your order. The cost is set by the carrier (USPS).

DELIVERY

Please ensure your address details are entered accurately. Seagrass Soap Co. will not be liable for incorrect delivery due to an incorrect address being provided.

​Seagrass Soap Co. will not be held liable for damages or theft due to unattended packages being left at your delivery address.

​If a parcel is sent back to Seagrass Soap Co. marked 'return to sender', the purchaser will be required to pay the shipping fee again to have the item/s re-delivered.

​Seagrass Soap Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

​Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If Seagrass Soap Co. or our shipping carrier are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.​

COMBINING ORDERS

Since we begin processing orders immediately after they are placed we are unfortunately unable to combine separately place orders. That said, we are pretty good at catching orders from the same person on the same day with shipping to the same address. We will do our best to automatically combine them if possible.

ADDING OR REMOVING ITEMS FROM AN ORDER

We do not have access to your credit card information therefore we are unable to modify your order after it has been placed.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

​Due to the nature of our handmade self care products, we cannot accept refunds,  returns or exchanges. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully. Refunds will not be given for allergies or reactions.

In the event your order arrives damages in any way, please email us at seagrasssoap.com within 48 hours of receiving your package along with photos of the damaged product, the name of the product and the order number. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Special Orders, Gift Cards, Sale and Discounted Products - All special orders, gift cards, sale and discounted items purchased are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or returned for credit.

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel your entire order, please reply to your order confirmation email or email us as soon as possible at info@seagrasssoap.com with your name and order number and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations within 24 hours prior to shipping and we are unable to remove individual items from your order.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you selected. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. See our Return Policy for more details on returns and refunds.

PRE-ORDERS

When you purchase a Pre-Order product, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not in inventory. We will collect full payment or a partial deposit, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the remaining balance, if any. You may cancel an order that has not been fulfilled and request a partial refund or a full refund (if products were not ordered). If the order has been fulfilled, then you cannot cancel the order.
