DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM OR WHOLESALE ORDERS?

Yes, we accept both. For Custom Orders, please use the Contact Us page and we'll be happy to discuss pricing and options. For Wholesale Orders, please fill out the form on our Wholesale page.

CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Please email us at info@seagrasssoap.com if you need to change your shipping address as soon as possible as our turnaround times can be very quick. We can change the shipping address up until it ships, however we are unable to once the package leaves our hands.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please email us at info@seagrasssoap.com as soon as possible for assistance. While we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations within 24 hours prior to shipping, once an order has left our hands we are unable to cancel your order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?

Most orders are processed within 2-7 business days and up to 10 business days during holiday and peak sale periods. Any order placed after 5:00 pm PT are considered to be placed the following business day. We pack and ship orders Monday through Friday. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped and you provided us with an email at checkout, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information. Please note we are unable to guarantee delivery times. If you need an order by a certain date, please contact us so we can assist you.
